Reebok’s all-new Nano X3 cross-trainers are set to the general public on February 10, 2023, and they’re packed with features that make them perfect for any fitness enthusiast.
Last year we reviewed the Nano X2 and absolutely fell in love with it. Not only does it look great, but it improved upon everything that was wrong with its predecessor, the Nano X1.
Well, here we are again and it seems Reebok couldn’t leave good enough alone. The new Reebok Nano X3 has undergone some reconstructive surgery and looks to be quite different in several different ways.

The New and Improved Nano X3 Chassis System
The Reebok Nano X3 is designed with a brand new Lift and Run Chassis System, which is a unique feature that sets it apart from other cross-training shoes on the market. This system is specifically designed to provide maximum support and stability for weightlifting and other high-impact exercises.
The Lift and Run Chassis System is made up of several key components that work together to provide the ultimate in support and stability. First, the shoe has a reinforced heel counter that helps to lock the foot in place and prevent injury. This provides a stable base for heavy lifting and other high-impact exercises.
The system also includes a TPU midfoot strap that helps to keep the foot in place and provide additional support. This helps to prevent the foot from sliding around inside the shoe, which can cause injury.
Additionally, the shoe has a unique outsole design that provides optimal grip and traction, even on slick surfaces. This allows for better stability and control during weightlifting and other high-impact exercises.
Finally, the Lift and Run Chassis System also includes a dynamic heel that adapts to the wearer’s foot shape, providing a customized fit and maximum support. A dome-shaped heel piece compresses under load when lifting to create a stable platform, then softens when you push off to run. This helps to prevent injury and improve performance.

We’ve been long-time lovers of the Nano lineup and we are anxious to give the X3s a try. We like to see that Reebok keeps improving on a working formula to make it even better.
