If you’re like me, you probably overuse and abuse your hands and now suffer with a certain degree of daily pain and discomfort. There are actually millions of people with arthritis, carpal tunnel, and neuroprathy in the United States who suffer from these chronic conditions. The LifePro Legra hand massager may be able to help you with these issues.
If you have arthritis or carpal tunnel, then you know how painful it can be to move your fingers. The LifePro Legra Hand and Wrist massager is a great way to help with the pain and make your hands feel better. In my opinion, it’s one of the best hand massagers because it has heat, hits acupressure points, vibrates, and feels simply luxurious.
What I like:
- Sleek design
- Various massage settings to match comfort level
- Strong compression provides effective relief from joint pain
- Great battery life
- USB-C charging
What I don’t like:
- Display screen can be difficult to read in low light
- Vibration feature is a little underwhelming
LifePro Legra Hand Massager Overview
The Legra is one of many different recovery and wellness products from LifePro, a company that has become known for offering high-quality products (such as massage guns, foam rollers, vibration plates, etc) at very reasonable prices.
The LifePro Legra Hand Massager Machine is a single hand massager that is lightweight, lasts more than four hours on one charge, and is portable. This massager brings circulation and mobility back to hands, the wrist, and fingers with 2 vibrating and 6 massaging settings and the option to add heat.

Using the LifePro Legra
The Legra is another hand massager that uses air bags instead of rollers to safely apply alternating compressive force to your hand. It’s quite effective. The single hand massager has helped many bring circulation back to their fingers and hands, and can also reduce chronic pain over time.
For someone that has arthritis, carpal tunnel, or trigger finger, the Legra is one of the best hand massagers available. The acupressure envelopes the entire hand and targets each and pressure point of the wrist and hand with enough compressive power to satisfy most people’s needs.
Getting started
Before using the Legra for the first time, expect to set it on the charger to properly condition the Lithium-ion battery. That’s a bit of a downer if you’re anxious to try it, but while you’re waiting, that’s a great time to get acquainted with the manual.
Although it’s simple to use, there are quite a few different massage modes and options. Figuring out what everything does ahead of time will keep you from scratching your head later.
Settings
LifePro Legra Massage Modes
This hand and wrist massager has a total of 6 massage modes, including:
- Mode 1: Auto Program which alternates between each of the other massage modes
- Mode 2: Auto program which alternates between each of the other massage modes, in a different order, and is similar to Mode 1
- Mode 3: Massages the palm and wrist at the same time
- Mode 4: Massages the wrist
- Mode 5: Alternates between massaging the palm and the wrist
- Mode 6: Massages the palm
Intensity Level
Once you’ve found a mode that works for you, select the Intensity. There are 5 levels of intensity and take it from me, start LOW! The LifePro Legra provides a significant amount of compressive force. Too high and your hand is gonna feel like it’s getting eaten by a shark. Ok, I don’t know what that feels like, but it can get really uncomfortable.
Vibration
There are 2 types of vibration you can choose from or simply not turn it on at all. Being honest, I didn’t think the vibration did enough. It’s somewhat on the weaker side, but maybe that’s enough? I’m still not sure.
With one press of the button, the vibration comes in pulses. A second press and it’s continuous. One more press and it turns off.
Try it for yourself and see what you prefer.
Heat
The heating element takes about 5 minutes to warm up. My advice? Power the hand massager on and only press the heat button and allow it to come to temp before you even slip it on. That way it will be nice and toasty and you won’t spend half your massage waiting for the soothing heat.
Charging and Battery Life
The LifePro Legra for all that it does, has stellar battery life. The non-removable rechargeable lithium-ion battery is rated at 2500mAh, which should net you up to 4 hours of use. Granted that number will go down the more options you have simultaneously selected.
Consider it another small con, but there is no battery indicator on the Legra. Instead, when the battery is low, all of the LEDs on the control panel will turn on, flash 3 times, and will automatically shut off. In other words, after every few massages, throw it on the charger because when you need it most, it might just mock you with a light show and go to sleep.
Ergonomics and Design
Like the iReliev Hand and Wrist massager that we reviewed previously, the LifePro Legra shares an identical overall design.
What I really like about the Legra is that it’s coated in a soft touch plastic that is very pleasing to the touch. I would go so far as to say it feels a bit more upscale to the iReliev in that regard.
Beyond the shape, the Legra weighs 2.4lbs. That’s not a lot and I think it will be manageable for most people to hold onto. But frankly, the Legra is really meant to be used either on your lap or while placed on a table or desk. You could walk around like you’re a cyborg of sorts, but I’m not sure it’s intended to be used that way.
Is the LifePro Legra Hand and Wrist Massager Worth It?
There’s really a lot to like about the LifePro Legra and it ranks among the best hand massagers on the market. It checks all the boxes of what you’d want and expect from a massager such as this. I believe it truly has so much to offer at a very reasonable price.
For starters, it’s very easy to use because the controls are all on the top of the unit itself. It has a simple design that easily fits hands of all sizes and can be used while you’re seated or standing.
Relative to its competitors, the LifePro Legra shares most of, if not all of the same specs and features. I think most potential buyers will be more than pleased with their decision to buy it.

Given that LifePro offers LIFETIME WARRANTY on all of their products, a warranty they actually stand behind, I’m not sure it really merits a 1 star.

Final Verdict Of Our LifePro Legra Hand Massager Review
There’s no mistaking, your options in the hand and wrist massager space are many. I’ve tested quite a few and as I mentioned before, the LifePro Legra ranks very highly. With a sub-$100 price tag you’re getting a massager that will precisly pinpoint every inch of your hand.
Let me sum up this LifePro Legra hand massager review this way:
- You’re getting a high quality massager with almost every possible option to help relieve hand discomfort.
- The Legra is backed by an industry best lifetime warranty. Should it ever fail, LifePro will send you a new one.
- The acupressure and compression are effective, but if you prefer a massager that is more reminiscent of a massage done by hand, this might not be for you.
LifePro Legra Hand Massager FAQs
The LifePro Legra is certainly one of the best hand and wrist massagers for arthritis and carpal tunnel that I have tried so far. Technology is always evolving, so that may change in the future. For now, however, it's a pretty safe bet.
LifePro does offers a 30 day return window, but unfortunately if the product is opened or used, they tack on a 15% restocking fee.
For warranty and return purposes, I think the best place to buy the LifePro Legra is directly through their website. However, there are a couple other online retailers, like Amazon for instance, where you can buy it.
I don't have a specific decibel rating to share with you, but the Legra is relatively quiet overall. I managed to watch television without having to turn up the volume. The internal air bladders are constantly filling and releasing air, so it can be a bit distracting in a quiet environment.
